Do you handle permits and engineering?
Yes — building permits, HOA approvals, engineering and inspections are all handled by us, in every county we serve.
Can you remodel or resurface an older pool?
Absolutely — it's one of our most popular services. We resurface, replace decking and coping, add features and LED lighting, and make an old pool look new for far less than a rebuild.
How long does a pool project take?
Most custom builds take about 2–3 months from permit approval, with a written schedule up front and weekly updates from your PM.
Do you offer financing?
